What happens on an inspection
trip?

You will be met at the airport, and taken to your accommodation or
viewings if appropriate. |

Once refreshed you will be rejoined with our
representative who will go through your requirements with
you. Together you will confirm the properties short listed
for viewing. |

You will then visit the areas highlighted in your
property review. While we work on a one to one basis, if you
are a female guest you can ask for a female chaperone for
your personal ease. |

Your evenings can be spent by yourselves reflecting on
what you have seen during the day or you can be accompanied
and taken to the known venues of quality. |
 |
We will make time to take you to a bank in order to open
a bank account and discuss mortgages should you be in need
of or desire one. We will introduce you to legal firms so
you have good representation. |
 |
We will assist you in the collation of the necessary
documents to enable you to make the purchase of your
property in Spain. |
 |
At the end of your viewing trip you will be escorted back
to the airport. |
