Villa Versiliana is located in the town of Marina di Pietrasanta on Versilia coast, on the northern Tuscan seaside that is, along with Sardinia, the most famous of all Italian chic sea locations. Its nightlife, its sea breeze and its people inspire to live and enjoy a beautiful life.
The villa is set on a large private property providing absolute tranquility.
The state of the art gardens form an outdoor living and dining area where you will undoubtedly greet the morning and conclude the day. By the swimming pool a large tent hosts a “chill out” area with couches and hammock for reading or napping. Under the tent there is a summer kitchen and a table that seats twelve people. An additional gazebo for outdoor dining is located next to the villa.
Villa Versiliana is an airy, bright and eclectic house filled with antiques, books and paintings. The interior has been decorated in an old luxurious style. The rooms have parquet and terracotta floors with windows that open onto the flower-filled garden. The five bedrooms are charming and comfortable.

Versilia coast is famous for its large white sandy beaches and perfectly equipped bathing establishments. Apart from having fun in the sun or swimming in the calm waters, there are many water sports to enjoy in this area. The weather here is ideal for wind surfing and water skiing. There is a perfect breeze that blows in from the sea guiding sailboat lovers in their exploration of the delightful bays to the north of Marina di Carrara.
The Versiliana Golf Club course is an exciting challenge for players of all levels. It’s a beautiful oasis located between the Apuan Alps and the sea, 8 km from Villa Versiliana. The course was designed by a famous Venetian architect Marco Croze in 1990 and quickly became an important point of reference for golf lovers from around the world.
In the summertime Forte dei Marmi and neighboring towns host various music festivals.
The most famous festival is probably the Puccini Festival in Torre del Lago, 15 km from the villa. Every year some 40.000 opera lovers gather in its open-air theatre to enjoy the music.
